Welcome to “Learn How To Stop One Of Your Bad Habits” program, where honesty is your best policy and simplicity is your best friend.
If and when you stop one habit, it will start the ball rolling to stop other habits you have.
A habit that you think is small or unimportant, might be doing the most damage to your health and well being.
Habits follow you wherever you go and get harder each day to hide. I’ve listed common habits in my program booklet such as smoking cigarettes, alcohol and drug abuse, obsessively drinking coffee, soda, overeating foods, chocolate, snacks and desserts, excessive shopping or overspending, biting your fingernails, speeding or tailgating in your car, excessive gambling, playing too many computer games, extreme cell phone usage, etc.
